If you can't give a work delivery address when ordering your goods, a delivery card will be put in your letterbox, and the goods will be held by the carrier. The courier will likely also contact you to provide the option to select 'Authority To Leave' when ordering so that your parcel be left in a safe location, but please note that Pryde Pets is not liable for any packages lost if this option is selected.
