How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any issues, send an email with your order number over to [email protected] and we'll help you out.

I'm not home during the day. How will I get my parcel?

If you can't give a work delivery address when ordering your goods, a delivery card will be put in your letterbox, and the goods will be held by the carrier. The courier will likely also contact you to provide the option to select 'Authority To Leave

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

If you haven't received your goods within the specified time (see here for estimated delivery timings) please e-mail [email protected] and we can track your parcel.

What should I do if my goods were damaged in transit?

If your goods are damaged when you receive them, please contact us straight away and we will replace your order. Please see the information under Returns.

Can I click and collect, rather than have my purchase delivered?

Unfortunately we don't (yet!) have a retail presence, but stay tuned. In the meantime, we assure you our dispatch network and process is fast and secure so you'll get your purchase in your hands quickly.
